BKM’s Investor Relations team is looking for a detail-oriented intern to support a CRM update project ahead of our next fund raise. You'll research institutional real estate investors and add key decision-makers to our CRM, helping our investor relations team build a complete, accurate database for outreach.
Responsibilities
- Research target real estate firms and identify the Chief Investment Officer and relevant real estate investment team members
- Add new contacts to HubSpot with accurate name, title, email, phone, and company details
- Check for existing records before adding contacts to prevent duplicates
- Link each contact to the correct company record in HubSpot
- Help with a final data cleanup pass (duplicates, missing fields, unassigned records)
- Track progress and flag questions or incomplete information to the team
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate, ideally in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy data entry
- Solid research skills using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- HubSpot or other CRM experience is a plus, but we'll provide training
- Interest in real estate, investment management, or capital markets is a plus
