    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for portfolio managers, traders, custodians, and business partners on investment data and portfolio support activities.

    • Analyze and validate investment, portfolio, and market data to ensure accuracy and readiness for portfolio management and trading activities.

    • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues, data discrepancies, and process exceptions.

    • Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to coordinate issue resolution and mitigate operational risk.

    • Support portfolio onboarding, market-driven events, and strategic initiatives through testing, validation, and business support activities.

    • Contribute to modernization efforts designed to improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of investment operations.

    • Develop reporting, operational insights, and documentation that support decision-making and process improvement.

    • Continuously strengthen your knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management processes.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three years’ experience in the Financial Services industry or related experience.

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

    • Strong attention to detail with experience working in environments where accuracy and risk management are critical.

    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and succeed in evolving operational environments.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.

    • Interest in financial markets, investing, and the investment management industry.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting portfolio managers, trading functions, investment operations, or market-facing activities.

    • Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management concepts, or trade lifecycle processes.

    • Proficiency with Python, VBA, SQL, or other data analysis and automation tools.

    • Progress toward or completion of a CFA designation, MBA, or other investment-related credential.

    Please note this is an on-site position 5 days a week Monday-Friday.
