Investment Strategy Advisors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing strategic, high-touch guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from both earning opportunities and enhanced credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Strategy Advisors to deliver strategic investment guidance, operational insights, and capital-market expertise to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.
This is not a traditional employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Strategy Advisors:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and portfolio strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts to strengthen internal capacity and transaction quality

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading investment initiatives and closing capital transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Advisors may:

• Advise fund managers on investment strategy, capital allocation, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational guidance, and value creation insights

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Investment Strategy Advisors focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal execution. Analysts handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Advisors are independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

1. Submit an Investment Strategy Advisor application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real, high-quality opportunities.

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentoring, and deal support.
