This is a research analyst opportunity at a leading global asset management platform, supporting portfolio managers and senior analysts across credit and equities strategies. The role offers direct exposure to fundamental research, financial modeling, and investment idea generation across public and private companies with potential involvement in healthcare and convertible bonds as part of the broader coverage mandate. It's an ideal next step for a high-performing analyst coming out of investment banking, restructuring, or an investing seat who is ready to transition into or grow within a buy-side research function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct fundamental research on public and private companies across assigned sectors, including potential healthcare and convertible bond coverage
Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario frameworks to support investment decision-making
Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, company performance, and key risk factors to develop differentiated investment views
Support portfolio managers and senior analysts in the development and presentation of investment ideas
Prepare concise, high-quality research memos and presentations for internal use
