Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Commission Opportunity
This position is designed as a relationship-building and business development role, with significant earning potential through commissions based on investment sales, client growth, and production. Candidates seeking a primarily salary-based position may find this opportunity less aligned with their goals. Top performers can significantly increase total compensation through commission earnings.
Additional Compensation:
Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs. This position also includes eligibility for monthly commission and are determined by the individual's performance.

This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, growing a portfolio of investment clients, and partnering with internal banking teams to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions.
Important Licensing Requirement
Applicants must currently hold FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 66. These licenses are required for consideration and are not preferred qualifications. Candidates who do not possess the required licenses will not be considered.
