Prepare recurring investment and portfolio performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
Track and analyze fund- and investment-level metrics, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and cash flows
Maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates
Monitor portfolio company financial performance against budgets and investment cases
Analyze KPIs, operating trends, and variance drivers across portfolio companies
Support quarterly and annual portfolio reviews
Assist with quarterly valuation processes in coordination with investment teams and third-party valuation providers
Support documentation and data preparation for audits and valuation reviews
Maintain valuation models, assumptions, and historical performance data
Support preparation of investor reports, quarterly letters, and performance summaries
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from investor relations and senior leadership
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across reporting outputs
Maintain investment data across reporting systems and internal trackers
Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data accuracy, and automation
Assist with documentation of reporting standards and best practices
Direct exposure to private equity fund and portfolio performance
Involvement in valuation, reporting, and portfolio monitoring processes
Close collaboration with investment professionals and investor relations teams
Strong foundation for careers in private equity analytics, portfolio management, or fund reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data and performance metrics

Prior internships or experience in private equity, asset management, fund reporting, transaction services, or consulting is beneficial
