About the Role:

As a CBRE Investment Properties Analyst, you will assist with the analysis and valuation of small to medium-sized real estate companies, real estate assets, and portfolios.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What Youll Do:

Review financial data to understand trends in the market, occupancy rates, and rental prices.

Identify opportunities for profit through the purchase of foreclosed and other distressed properties.

Evaluate the performance of existing investments to see whether they are meeting their goals.

Analyze demographic data to highlight opportunities for new developments in specific areas.

Conduct appraisals of real estate assets to discover their value.

Communicate with clients to provide updates on investments. Gather market condition data to recommend new strategies for maximizing profits.

Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Impact the quality of own work.

Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What Youll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
