Investment Product Reporting Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Product Reporting Analyst position at a highly successful Investment Management firm in Boston, MA. The Investment Product Reporting Analyst will work collaboratively with Product Reporting and Client Operations teams and will produce, update, and maintain product-related marketing materials and client reporting, including factsheets, performance commentary, presentations, and product summaries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of client reporting, content management, or related marketing and communications experience in investment management or financial services.
This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity, paying between $30-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model consisting of 3 onsite days/week and 2 remote day/week.
Responsibilities:- Assist with client reporting and client marketing responsibilities, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and compliance with industry standards.
- Produce, update, and maintain product-related marketing materials and client reporting, including, but not limited to, factsheets, product summaries, presentations, and performance commentary.
- Prepare and deliver attribution and performance commentary tailored to client portfolios and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with Product Reporting and Client Operations teams.
- Review client deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Understand portfolio outlooks, positioning and strategy, process, and current market conditions.
- Respond to ad-hoc questions related to investment products.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
- 1-3+ years of client reporting, content management, or related marketing and communications experience in investment management or financial services.
- Great experience with capital markets and investment products, including strong experience with fixed-income asset class.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach and ability to problem solve.
