Investment Operations Manager | $120K–$130K Base | Boston, MA
A leading global investment firm is seeking an experienced Credit Operations Manager to oversee investment operations and reconciliation functions across a range of credit strategies and asset classes.
This is an opportunity to lead a global team, strengthen operational controls, and partner with investment, finance, and investor relations teams within a sophisticated credit investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee credit investment operations, with a primary focus on reconciliations across loans, bonds, structured products, and CLOs
Manage day-to-day activities of internal and external teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
Oversee cash and position reconciliations between internal records, trustees, custodians, and administrators
Lead reconciliation break resolution, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts
Manage relationships with CLO trustees, agent banks, trading counterparties, and other external partners
Oversee loan servicing, corporate actions, interest and principal distributions, and related data accuracy
Coordinate operational readiness for new CLO launches, closings, and investment onboarding
Improve workflows, strengthen controls, monitor operational risks, and report key metrics to senior management
Coach and develop team members while establishing priorities and accountability

Qualifications:

8–10+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within credit operations
Prior management experience within credit operations required
Experience with CLOs, syndicated bank loans, structured products, or related credit investments
Familiarity with Bloomberg and trading or settlement platforms
Experience with Advent Geneva preferred
Ability to interpret legal documents and credit agreements
Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree with a foundation in finance or accounting

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base salary
