A growing investment management firm is seeking an Operations Associate / Analyst to join its expanding team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of investment operations and technology, supporting the day-to-day functions that drive trading, client service, account administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support daily investment operations, including trade execution, settlement monitoring, and reconciliations.
- Research and resolve trading and operational issues alongside custodians and internal teams.
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio administration.
- Prepare and review investment, client account, and compliance-related reports.
- Coordinate across investment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Support integrations between custodial platforms, portfolio management systems, CRM platforms, and internal databases.
- Assist with technology projects, system enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Document operational and technology workflows to support future growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and desire to learn new systems and technologies.
- Experience in investment operations, trading support, settlements, reconciliations, custodial platforms, or portfolio management systems is preferred.
- Experience with Python, SQL, automation, APIs, database management, software development, or systems integration is highly attractive.
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: 5 days per week in office
