Reporting to the Director of Investments, the Investment & Development Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating opportunities, supporting development initiatives, and assisting with investment execution across a diverse real estate portfolio.
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate development and investment opportunities.
Perform underwriting analysis and support investment recommendations through detailed market and financial research.
Assist in the negotiation, coordination, and execution of transactions, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
Conduct due diligence reviews, analysing operating statements, development budgets, contracts, and third-party reports.
Monitor project performance by comparing business plans, budgets, costs, rental assumptions, and operating results.
Participate in planning, design, and development activities for new projects and redevelopment initiatives.
Support construction and project delivery efforts through coordination with consultants, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

For the Investment & Development Analyst we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum two years of commercial real estate, underwriting, acquisitions, development, asset management, or investment analysis experience.
Advanced financial modelling skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Argus or similar real estate valuation software preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, market analysis, and transaction processes.
Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
