Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Committee Advisors to provide strategic, investment-level guidance on fund, portfolio, and transaction decisions.

This is not a traditional employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Committee Advisors:

• Participate in fund-level and deal-level investment committee decisions

• Advise on capital allocation, fund strategy, deal structuring, and portfolio oversight

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of closing capital transactions or serving on investment committees.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Committee Advisors may:

• Serve as a member or advisor to investment committees, reviewing and approving deal recommendations

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and transaction strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and investment evaluation

• Provide portfolio company guidance, operational insights, and value creation recommendations

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Note: Advisors focus on high-level strategic and committee-level decision support. They do not perform day-to-day transactional modeling unless separately approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Investment committee review and deal approval guidance

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, transaction strategy, and investment oversight

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions and committee decisions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Advisors are independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

1. Submit an Advisor application with background, track record, and committee experience

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin providing investment committee guidance, mentorship, and strategic advisory

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to high-impact opportunities.

Compliance Notice

Investment Committee Advisors do not:

• Provide public investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic, investment-level guidance, mentoring, and deal support.
