Compensation: $250k base plus competitive bonus

Company Overview: We are currently working with an extremely well established and quickly growing full service middle market investment banking platform looking to add a VP to their team to focus on a broad range of transactions across the ADG, Engineering, Construction, and Industrial Services spaces. This firm has done extremely well in past years and continues to expand throughout the US given their success across different products and industry verticals. This individual will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with a clear path for upward mobility and consistent deal-flow.

The Investment Banking VP will be responsible for:

• Building financial models and conducting financial analysis
• Working closely with Senior Leaders at the firms and clients
• Mentoring and leading junior bankers
• Full-cycle deal execution across M&A, Leveraged buyouts, Dividend recapitalizations, Refinancing & restructurings and Equity raises
• Preparing CIMs, pitch decks, board materials, and lender/roadshow presentations

The Investment Banking VP should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A
• A strong interest in the ADG, Engineering, Construction & Industrial Services space (experience preferred but not required)
• Currently located in or able to relocate to Charlotte, NC
