Our client, a growing middle-market investment bank, is seeking a Vice President to join its Orlando office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A, recapitalization, debt placement, and capital raising transactions
• Manage transaction processes from initial marketing through closing
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, buyers, investors, lenders, and private equity sponsors
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, due diligence, and transaction materials
• Support business development initiatives and cultivate new client relationships
• Assist senior leadership with industry coverage efforts and strategic growth initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior bankers, including Associates and Analysts
• Participate in networking, conference attendance, and sponsor coverage activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment banking experience
• Proven experience leading middle-market M&A and capital markets transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Existing relationships within the private equity, corporate, or professional services communities preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Exceptional client management, presentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
