    Job Description

    The Investment Banking Coordinator provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to senior leadership in Investment Banking and Corporate Underwriting. Acts as a liaison between departments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of critical business functions.

    How Youll Spend Your Time

    • You will prepare revenue projections, accruals, and financial reports to support accurate monthly and annual reporting.
    • You will coordinate incentive compensation, commission payments, and referral fee processing for investment banking teams.
    • You will manage accounting entries, settlements, and reconciliations to ensure accurate revenue and deal tracking.
    • You will maintain financial workbooks, reports, and expense records to support leadership decision-making.
    • You will support audits and compliance efforts by maintaining documentation and coordinating payment approvals.
    • You will review legal documents and oversee bond sale activities, including official statements and post-sale requirements.
    • You will develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while analyzing data to support business development efforts.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or 7-10 years' equivalent work experience.

    • Ability to work with data/information requiring a high degree of confidentiality.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
    • Strong professional communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to succinctly express complex ideas both orally and in writing.
    • Proficiency in managing multiple project-oriented tasks effectively and in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while being team-oriented, prioritize tasks, react to changes, and solve critical issues.
