    We are partnered with a leading Upper Middle Market Investment Bank seeking to add an Investment Banking Sr Analyst and an Associate on their Healthcare team in CHarlotte, NC . This is an opportunity to work with highly regarded bankers, gain extensive sell-side M&A experience, and support sectors experiencing strong deal flow, all while working closely with senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive research and prepare analyses on companies, industries, capital markets, and financial performance (historical and projected).
    • Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, capital structure assessments, marketing materials, and client presentations.
    • Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence and process management.
    • Assist in developing pitch books for prospective clients, industry coverage efforts, and advisory initiatives.
    • Maintain and enhance databases for investors, financing sources, and clients to optimize deal marketing and execution.
    • Identify, evaluate, and engage appropriate investors for ongoing and upcoming transactions.
    • Mentor and support junior analysts and interns to ensure high-quality work output.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 3-5 years of investment banking experience required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting financial and operational due diligence.
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be based in Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate.
