    Description

    A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its growing team. The firm advises founder-owned and privately held businesses on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Consumer, and Business Services.

    This is an opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, and live deal execution. Associates play a critical role throughout the transaction process and are given substantial responsibility from day one.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and capital raising transactions
    • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
    • Conduct industry and company research
    • Manage due diligence processes and client deliverables
    • Coordinate with clients, buyers, investors, legal counsel, and other advisors
    • Mentor analysts and support junior team development
    • Participate in client meetings and business development initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of investment banking experience
    • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
    • Experience executing M&A transactions from start to finish
    • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and project management skills
    • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
