This team is highly active and offers significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, and transaction execution.     Responsibilities

    The Investment Banking Senior Associate will:

    • Build and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, merger, and operating models.
    • Conduct detailed financial, operational, and strategic analyses to support M&A and capital markets transactions.
    • Partner closely with senior bankers on transaction execution and client deliverables.
    • Manage day-to-day deal processes, diligence workstreams, and project timelines.
    • Develop presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and key market developments within Healthcare Services.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members throughout transaction execution.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 4+ years of investment banking experience
    • Prior experience executing M&A transactions, preferably within Healthcare or Healthcare Services
    • A strong track record of closed transaction experience
    • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • A willingness to relocate to or be based in Dallas, TX
