    Consumer Associate | Investment Banking

    A growing investment bank is seeking a Senior Associate to join its rapidly growing M&A advisory team in Minneapolis. This individual will play a key role in the execution of sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions while working directly with senior bankers, business owners, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day execution of sell-side M&A transactions.
    • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials, and client presentations.
    • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, buyers, legal counsel, and other advisors.
    • Support client meetings, management presentations, and transaction negotiations.
    • Mentor and oversee Analysts and junior team members.
    • Assist senior bankers with business development initiatives and relationship management efforts.

    Qualifications

    • 4-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking
    • Strong understanding of mergers & acquisitions and financial statement analysis.
    • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skillset.
    • Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
