    Investment Banking Analyst - Technology M&A

    A leading technology-focused investment bank is seeking an Analyst to join its growing M&A advisory practice. The firm specializes in advising founder-owned software and internet businesses on strategic alternatives, with a primary focus on sell-side transactions.

    The firm has completed more than 100 transactions and has built a strong reputation among entrepreneurs, management teams, strategic acquirers, and leading private equity investors. The team advises on transactions typically ranging from $20 million to $500 million and maintains an active deal environment, closing approximately 10-14 transactions annually.

    The Analyst will work directly with senior bankers and company founders, gaining meaningful exposure to client interactions, transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, and deal marketing. Unlike larger platforms, team members are given significant responsibility early in their careers and are encouraged to take an active role throughout the deal process.
