The Opportunity:

The firm is seeking an Investment Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical role. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-performing investment team where analysts work closely with senior investors and the Portfolio Manager on all aspects of the research and investment process.

Responsibilities include conducting deep fundamental research, building detailed financial models, evaluating industry and competitive dynamics, performing due diligence, and assisting in the development of high-conviction investment ideas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to investment recommendations while developing a broad understanding of businesses across multiple sectors.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a related analytical role
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top university
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research capabilities
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and passion for investing
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and accountability

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $150,000-175,000 total compensation, plus long-term growth opportunity.
