JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position plays a critical role in Entergys ethics and compliance (E&C) program. The E&C program is focused on fostering an ethical culture at Entergy and promoting employee compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The position assists the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and the Senior Manager of Internal Investigations in executing the overall strategic direction and oversight of compliance for Entergy Corporation and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates (Entergy). The position reports to the Senior Manager of Internal Investigations and will work with leadership across the company to investigate potential, suspected, and actual violations of law and company policy. The position will also work with the appropriate stakeholders to address gaps in controls and continuous improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to diverse Entergy functions, including but not limited to Nuclear Operations, Human Resources, and Human Resources Operations, through interactions with key personnel at all levels of the enterprise.
