Experience 3–5 years
The Opportunity
  • Conduct internal investigations, witness interviews, factual development, privilege analysis, and investigative reporting.
  • Respond to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, grand jury process, and agency inquiries.
  • Defend matters involving the DOJ, SEC, state attorneys general, inspectors general, congressional committees, and other authorities.
  • Handle matters involving fraud, the False Claims Act, FCPA and anti-corruption compliance, securities enforcement, sanctions, BSA/AML, and related regulatory issues.
  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, interview outlines, discovery, and government responses.
  • Manage document collections, productions, deadlines, filings, and multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare witnesses for interviews, testimony, depositions, and trial; mentor junior attorneys and support client-development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
  • Three to five years of relevant investigations, white collar, enforcement, or complex litigation experience.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, legal writing, and analytical ability.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with former prosecutors, trial lawyers, and investigations counsel.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active and good-standing New York Bar membership.

Preferred Experience
  • Trial, deposition, federal clerkship, government, or prior major-law-firm litigation experience
