Inventory & Warehouse Operations Systems Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP IM/WM professional to support inventory and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management transactions, functional support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP Inventory Management processes and transactions.
• Assist warehouse users with SAP WM activities.
• Support integration between inventory and warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day SAP functional issues.
• Train and support Spanish-speaking operational personnel.
• Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction flows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on IM/WM business-user experience.
• Strong SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management knowledge.
• Experience supporting inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong troubleshooting and training abilities.
• Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDocs.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to SAP MM or PP.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Relevant SAP certification.
