    Job Summary: The inventory Transfer Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing inter-plant parts transfers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for processing parts requests from 1720, locating and picking inventory, staging materials for shipment, and completing inventory transfer transactions accurately and efficiently.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Monitor and print incoming Stock Transfer Purchase Orders from designated plants.

    Review requests for accuracy and inventory availability.

    Locate, pick, verify, and stage requested parts for transfer.

    Process inventory transfer transactions in SAP and other inventory systems.

    Coordinate material transfers between facilities.

    Ensure all materials are properly labeled and documented.

    Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing.

    Communicate transfer status, shortages, and delivery timelines.

    Investigate inventory discrepancies related to transfers.

    Maintain organized transfer staging areas.

    Follow all safety procedures and material handling requirements.

    Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.

    Work with Material Coordinators and Material Handlers as needed to locate parts.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or similar ERP systems.

    Warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.

    Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.

    Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

    Ability to prioritize multiple requests.

    Good communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous inventory transfer or warehouse experience.

    Forklift Certification preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

    Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, bend, and/or reach throughout the workday.

    Requires employee to work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.

    Frequently required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.

    Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.

    Transfer request completion time.

    Inventory transaction accuracy.

    On-time transfer fulfillment.

    Inventory discrepancy reduction.
