Job Title: Inventory Tech I
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Waltham, MA 02453
Duration: 6 months Contract
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Description:
Key Responsibilities
· Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
· Receive, organize, and place parts in correct locations.
· Pick and consolidate orders accurately for shipment.
· Process domestic and international shipments.
· Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
· Use ERP and shipping systems for inventory and shipment processing.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting customer and operational needs.
Required Skills
· 2–4 years material handling experience in manufacturing.
· 2+ years shipping experience preferred.
· Experience with ERP systems and database entry.
· Knowledge of packaging and shipping raw materials and finished goods.
· Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or DHL Easy Ship.
· Familiarity with Air Waybills, SEDs, and SLIs.
· Knowledge of U.S. Customs ACE system preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication.
· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma/GED required.
· 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
· 2+ years shipping experience preferred.
· 2–4 years manufacturing material handling experience.
