Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor will lead a team of inventory associates, manage cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and partner closely with Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Production, and client-facing teams. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory remains accurate, organized, accessible, and moving efficiently across multiple client accounts.

This role is responsible for ensuring inventory remains accurate, organized, accessible, and moving efficiently across multiple client accounts. The Inventory Supervisor will lead a team of inventory associates, manage cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and partner closely with Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, Production, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or 3PL environment, and able to balance daily execution with continuous process improvement.
