The Inventory Specialist position consists of purchasing all:
• Food and beverage items for the restaurant.
• Stocking and proper rotation of goods. (FIFO)
• Tracking of all inventory items.
• Submitting proper credits for damaged goods.
• Reviewing inventory extension reports.
• Following through with proper inventory systems to ensure accurate end of month counting.
• Communications with FOH & BOH directors with new incoming menu items.
• Validation of expiration dates and proper labeling.
