Skillset: Operations Specialist   

Location: Lewisville, TX – Onsite 5 days a week

Pay: $19/hr

 

As the inventory and operations specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy and product flow for surgical instruments, implants, and related medical products. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory records, processing transactions, coordinating product movement, and ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing, quality, and customer needs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and adherence to quality standards and procedures.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all materials are properly identified, documented, and stored in designated locations.
  • Process incoming purchase orders and related ERP system transactions.
  • Perform routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to support inventory accuracy and material availability.
  • Pick, verify, package, and prepare domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with quality and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate sterilization activities by creating work orders, preparing products for shipment to sterilization facilities, and processing returned items upon completion.
  • Receive and verify incoming products, supporting documentation, and system transactions related to inventory movements.
  • Inspect surgical instrument sets and medical products for completeness, functionality, identification accuracy, and visual quality.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through detailed record reviews and transaction analysis.
  • Create and process work orders, material requests, and product returns within Oracle and other internal systems.
  • Maintain organized inventory locations and documentation in accordance with established quality procedures and regulatory standards.

 

Must Have Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience dealing with inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
