Overview Kate Ryan Event Rentals is looking for a reliable, Inventory Specialist with a great eye for detail to join our operations team. This unique role blends warehouse logistics with an eye for visual presentation, ensuring our high-end rental inventory is accurate, pristine, and beautifully staged for luxury events.If you're detail-oriented, love working with your hands, can own the position and have a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Anticipate any inventory or quality issues that could impact future ordersTag, label, clean, and organize inventory by category and eventMaintain and Clean a variety of materials (velvet, brass, glass, wood, etc.)Track inventory accuracy and collaborate with warehouse & design teamsMake the position your own. Does not need to be told every detail of the jobAssist in truck loading/unloading and basic repairs when needed.
