Inventory Specialist- Solon - Immediately Hiring

Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Specialist manages and maintains accurate inventory records using computer systems. This role ensures stock levels are correct, tracks shipments, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update inventory data in computer systems accurately and timely

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and adjust inventory records

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits

• Identify discrepancies and work with operations to resolve issues

• Generate reports to support inventory planning and decision-making

• Maintain organized and accurate records for all inventory transactions

Qualifications:

• Proficient in data entry and computer systems (Excel, ERP, or inventory software)

• Stand up tow motor experience 

• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or office environment

• May involve occasional lifting and walking between storage areas
