Inventory Specialist

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage, maintain, and replenish products and supplies across supply chain inventory locations, hospital, and clinic supply areas. Note: Medical supply experience is not required and a driver's license/vehicle operation is not required for this position.

Job Description:
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage, maintain, and replenish products and supplies across supply chain inventory locations, hospital, and clinic supply areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and fulfill orders using a mobile handheld device.
• Receive and process inventory using handheld devices and/or workstation computers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Work with ERP and other inventory management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Follow established inventory and supply chain procedures.

Required Skills:

• Inventory management experience/knowledge.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Basic computer skills, including email and calendar applications.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

• Warehouse experience.
• Medical product/supply knowledge.
