Inventory Specialist

Distribution company in Atlanta / Norcross area, is seeking an inventory specialist to manage, track and maintain accurate inventory records.  This position plays a vital role in ensuring product availability, minimizing losses and supporting efficiency.

Pay & Schedule

• $20-24/hr 
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite
• Some Saturdays and OT required

What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using software
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
• Track inventory movement
• Investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate with all other departments
• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in inventory control role
• Familiarity with inventory management software systems
• Strong attention to detail 
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel knowledge
