Inventory Specialist

Summary:

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Location: Minden, NV
• Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Interface and communicate with suppliers to ensure performance aligns with quality, service, and delivery targets for continuous improvement and optimal business relationships.
• Responsible for the procurement and stock of inventory, including procurement of spare parts for active repair cases.
• Manage credit card and expense reporting.
• Orchestrate travel arrangements and itineraries, including hotel and transportation.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records of spare parts.
• Manage tools with calibration requirements.
• Manage fork truck certifications.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain the work area.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with maintenance management software, particularly Maintenance Connection (Accruent).
• Understanding of predictive maintenance.
