    Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

    • Orders and maintains par levels for inventory in the Surgical Services Department.
    • Understands and adheres to the OrthoVirginia Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.
    • Conducts inventory counts, orders, and restocks items on a daily basis.
    • Communicating with established vendors and staff in the department leads to ordering and maintaining surgical supplies that best meet the needs of the organization.
    • Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies when needed.
    • Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency and minimize cost.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and update inventory as needed.
    • Work closely with the Purchasing Director and Surgical Services Director to maximize profit.

    Compensation Range for this position:

    $20.68 - $31.02

    Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
