Inventory Specialist/Delivery Driver for Designer Showroom

C.A.I Designs, Inc. represents a full range of luxury lines offering some of the finest designer’s furniture, lighting and accessories in the industry.

We are seeking an inventory specialist/delivery driver for our CAI Scottsdale showroom. The right person will be flexible in order to get the job done with the ability to be a multi tasker and have good administrative and analytical skills to stay focused on results, and is committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, assertive and polished with a proven track record of building relationships over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:· Deluxing and staging furniture within the showroom.· Receiving and inspecting inventory to warehouse and showroom.· Work with our in-house inventory system receiving, photographing and transferring inventory items.· Deliver lighting fixtures to the metro area and surrounding suburbs.· Work with Buyer/Merchandiser for product placement in showroom.· Removing items and lighting fixtures from showroom for purchase.· Install lighting fixtures (low voltage) displays in showroom (will train).· General warehouse duties and keeping showroom and warehouse clean and organized.· Hanging art in showroom.· Assisting Sales staff with Product approvals and coordination off all product leaving the showroom.· Coordinating directly with Designer for Lighting Special Orders that are received at the showroom location.· Help with coordination of special events in the showroomRequired:

• High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively under strict timelines within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone manner/customer service
• Team-Player
• Knowledgeable of MS Office/computer systems
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude and healthy working relationships with internal employees and external vendors
• Interest in interior decorating/design a plus
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
