Inventory Specialist

A growing automotive mechanic company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to coordinate inventory requests and ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time. This role serves as the link between shop requests and the purchasing department.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inventory requests from service locations
• Review and process incoming orders
• Submit purchasing requests
• Track order status
• Follow up on delayed shipments
• Maintain inventory records
• Perform data entry and documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with data entry
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests

Hours: Sunday- Friday: 9 am - 6 pm.

Salary: 55K-65K
