Pay Range: $19–$20/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Temp-to-Hire Position
What You'll Be Doing
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments from vendors and suppliers.
Safely unload materials and break down pallets for storage and organization.
Utilize RF scanners and computerized systems to accurately record product movement, quantities, and locations.
Prepare, stage, and distribute materials to designated hospital departments in accordance with daily demand.
Rotate inventory as needed to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent expiration of time-sensitive supplies.
Communicate effectively with department staff and supervisors to resolve supply discrepancies or shortages.
Maintain clean, organized storage areas and adhere to all safety and infection control standards.
Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories to verify accuracy of stock records.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
Resume required for consideration.
1+ year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain preferred.
Healthcare, hospital, or medical supply experience is a strong plus.
Proficiency using RF scanners or inventory tracking software.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
Must be available for an in-person interview (phone interviews may be arranged if necessary)
