Beechmont Subaru & Volkswagen is looking for a motivated Inventory Specialist to take charge of our vehicle displays, merchandising, and lot organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that keeps the dealership running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
Keep customer parking clear of retail units and trade-ins in process
Processing new inventory and performing the Pre-Delivery Inspection
Maintain proper fuel levels in vehicles
Transport vehicles between lots as needed
Coordinate with sales and lot teams to stage vehicles for delivery
Step in for detailing duties when necessary
Receive and correctly stage vehicles returning from detail companies
Ensure all sold vehicles are tagged and placed in the correct area
Assist the General Sales Manager with daily tasks to keep operations seamless
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in inventory or a similar role is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to keep up in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
A valid drivers license with a clean record
Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
