We are urgently hiring a versatile Inventory Specialist for a reputable warehouse that hosts three major shoe brands. As an Inventory Specialist, youll play a vital role in assisting in day-to-day buying department tasks to support retail locations.
- 50% on feet in the warehouse sorting through damaged shoes and boxing up return to vendor product and matching and logging mis-mate pairs. These can pile up quickly as we have 15 store locations.
- 50% desk work and must have great Outlook skills, professional communication with Vendors and be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets
What You'll Do
As a Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Reconcile inventory variances in retail store locations
Settle inventory transfers and identify shortages
Manage RTV, damages, and mis-mate processes
Receive purchase orders and ensure invoicing accuracy
Identify and resolve PO discrepancies
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendor partners
What You'll Bring

Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
Retail experience and knowledge of industry preferred

Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Clackamas, OR, and offers multiple shifts including four-day workweeks with standard daytime hours. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays may be required.
