Inventory Sorter/Warehouse

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Sorters to join our warehouse receiving team. The primary responsibility of this role is to retrieve inbound shipments of used automotive parts, sort materials according to established specifications, and ensure inventory is accurately organized and stored throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve inbound automotive parts from the receiving area.
• Sort bulk quantities of used automotive components based on model numbers, specifications, and part classifications.
• Accurately identify and separate parts to ensure proper inventory organization.
• Example: Sort bulk quantities of brake calipers by vehicle model and specification number.
• Bin, label, and organize materials for inventory storage.
• Transport sorted materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Assist with general receiving and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, sorting, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling automotive parts.
• Inventory control or warehouse receiving experience.
• Experience with sorting, stocking, and binning materials.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory management systems is a plus.
