Inventory Solutions Associate (Vendor Managed Inventory)

What You'll Do as an Inventory Solutions Associate

• Manage daily inventory replenishment and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Receive and process replenishment shipments and branch transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required operational reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust min/max settings to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Partner with customers to understand business needs, seasonal demand fluctuations, and product requirements.
• Communicate inventory trends, customer needs, and market conditions to key stakeholders.
• Ensure regional and customer-specific inventory remains properly stocked and organized.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison between HD Supply and the customer.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with inventory control systems and cycle counting is a plus.
