Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

1 year of warehouse inventory experience required. Job Duties

• Assemble and prepare shipping cartons
• Pack products into designated cartons
• Arrange products according to shipping quantities
• Seal containers using tape and packaging materials
• Inspect products throughout the packaging process
• Operate banding machines and band boxes for shipment
• Stamp cartons with packaging dates
• Stack, separate, count, pack, and wrap products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Rotate between workstations and assist team members during breaks and lunch periods

Physical Capabilities

• Steel-toed shoes are required on the production floor.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Inventory Returns Clerk you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.
