Position Type: Entry-Level

Schedule: Mon - Fri , 8am -5pm ( Saturdays OT REQUIRED )

Temp 3-6 months

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in Fort Worth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in inventory, receiving, and warehouse operations within a medical supply environment.

In this role, you will receive and inspect incoming shipments, enter inventory information into the system, stock and organize supplies, and help ensure inventory records remain accurate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming medical supplies and materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Inspect incoming products for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
  • Sign delivery paperwork and report shipment discrepancies to the appropriate team.
  • Enter received products into the inventory system and close out purchase orders.
  • Prepare basic receiving and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and system templates.
  • Unload shipments from pallets and stock products in designated shelving areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Assist with annual inventory counts and bi-annual spot checks.
  • Help with labeling, counting, and verifying inventory levels.
  • Support warehouse organization, expansion, or relocation projects as needed.
  • Follow proper lifting, material-handling, and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Occasionally travel to other Home Health warehouse locations to provide receiving support.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0–1 year of warehouse, inventory, receiving, or related experience.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a warehouse environment.
  • Dependable and willing to assist with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.
