Are you a data-driven supply chain professional who thrives on balancing inventory, forecasting demand, and driving business success? We're seeking an Inventory Planner to join a growing team in the Newark, NJ area and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

What You'll Do:

Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory levels to develop accurate forecasts

Generate and maintain inventory, demand planning, and sales reports

Partner closely with Sales to understand market demand and business needs

Monitor inventory on hand and proactively identify shortages or excess stock

Collaborate with Buyers and Sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with anticipated customer orders

Utilize data analytics to drive inventory optimization and improve supply chain performance

Support decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

Ability to interpret sales trends and forecasting data

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
