Job Title: Inventory Planner
Job Location: Elk River, MN
Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM [Monday to Friday]
Contract Duration: 07 Months
Job Description:
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
- Coordinate with business teams and procurement to process purchase requests.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain missing information and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor invoices in VIM and resolve payment blocks promptly.
- Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Support daily mail, shipping, and receiving activities for the campus.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and stock incoming supplies.
- Prepare and ship outgoing packages with accurate labeling and documentation.
