Our client is a trusted manufacturer of custom rubber products serving a variety of industries. Behind every successful order is a hardworking warehouse team making sure the right products get to the right place at the right time. That's where you come in!

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Locate and retrieve products from designated inventory locations.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
• Verify product quantities, accuracy, and quality before shipping.
• Stock, organize, and replenish inventory as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations to keep orders moving.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or order-picking experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory tracking systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and readiness to jump in wherever needed.
