Job Overview
This position could be considered inventory management for disaster recovery. When a home or business suffers fire, water, or other loss, we step in to protect what can be saved and document what can't. You'll receive customer belongings, organize them like a stockroom, catalog each item in our tracking system, maintain our contents vault like a warehouse, and ensure every box and item can be accounted for at any time. If you've managed inventory, stocked shelves, received/shipped goods,

What You'll Do
- Pack, unpack, and assess customer belongings from disaster scenes (on-site and vault-based)
- Categorize, and organize items for storage, prioritizing by condition, type, and insurance value
- Photograph items and document condition for records and tracking
- Catalog items in Contents Track: description, brand, condition, damage assessment
- Organize and maintain the contents vault like a warehouse: shelving layout, box placement, bin rotation, space management
- Track boxes and items in/out of vault storage with accurate receiving/shipping records
- Inventory, count, and reconcile items across multiple ongoing jobs simultaneously
- Clean and process affected items and prepare them for proper storage
- Identify and document items beyond restoration for accurate reimbursement claims
- Communicate with customers, project leads, and insurance adjusters about item status and job progress
Qualifications

- Comfortable with warehouse/inventory software and systems (or quick to learn new systems)
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
- Customer-facing communication skills
We're Especially Looking For
- Retail stockers, warehouse workers, or inventory specialists with hands-on experience receiving, organizing, and tracking goods
