    Description

    We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, organization, and accountability of equipment and materials supporting our operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Materials Management who wants to build practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    Order and coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies

    Receive, inspect, unbox, identify, and inventory incoming equipment

    Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment is properly tracked

    Establish and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed

    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders

    Maintain accountability and traceability of critical infrastructure equipment

    Organize and maintain inventory locations for efficient access and retrieval

    Work with purchasing, operations, vendors, and internal teams to resolve material and equipment issues

    Track equipment movement, deliveries, and transfers

    Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

    Maintain accurate documentation and inventory reports

    Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and material flow

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field

    0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply

    Internship, co-op, or previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or materials management is a plus

    Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

    Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and basic data analysis

    Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory and equipment

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Comfortable in a hands-on environment involving physical materials and equipment
