    • Ensure discrepancies are researched within the current four-business-hour expectation and approved WMS adjustments/material-document references are completed within the current 48-hour turnaround.
    • Lead semi-annual physical inventories and transition/custody-transfer counts, including blind counts, recounts, variance research, and reconciliation.
    • Maintain location accuracy, FIFO, aging/expiration controls, part/serial traceability, bin discipline, high-value cage controls, and battery-storage inventory controls.
    • Prepare accurate inventory reports and partner with operations leaders to identify transaction errors at the source and implement permanent corrective actions.

    • Hands-on SAP and WMS/ERP experience supporting inventory transactions, material movement, location control, traceability, and reconciliation.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel/data-analysis skills with the ability to reconcile large data sets and explain inventory movement and financial impact.
    • Strong understanding of FIFO, aging/expiration controls, high-value inventory, battery-related storage, returns/RMA, and audit evidence.
